Thai Ice cream rolls

You may have already seen this because it's pretty famous and has been making it's way into the states, but here is the way thailand does ice cream and it's awesome! They start by pouring the mix on a freezing surface and then add the topping you like. Next the dice and mince it up and then spread it across the surface as flat as possible. Lastly, they scrape it up into rolls and place it into a cup, where you can then add unlimited toppings! All for $3! You can check a video of how it's made under the video's tab!
