Okay so I already loved sushi before coming to Asia and to my surprise it's actually not around very much. It's been super hard to find. Turns out it's mostly a Japanese and western culture food. Nonetheless, it's still possible to find...and I found a whole new level of sushi in my life: the sushi burrito. It's probably completely familiar to most people, but it blew my mind ~and taste buds~ away! On the right is a small piece of sushi. The little orange dots are actually called Tobiko (とびこ?), which is the Japanese word for the flying fish roe. It is most widely known for its use in creating certain types of sushi. The eggs are small, ranging from 0.5 to 0.8 mm. The raw roe is very nutritious, due to its high vitamin content, high protein content! If you ever see it, give it a try it's shockingly amazing ;)
