Fried Japanese Udon Noodles

Udon, as you can see above, is a super, super thick noodle! I had the chance to try this at a Hawker Market in Singapore and it was amazing! There was cabbage and prawns (which is shrimp and other seafood items) thrown in and fried up with the udon, topped off with sauce. (There was also a tiny octopus tentacle in it, but that freaked me out so i put that aside...I try to eat new things, but I tend to draw a line when I can see tiny little suckers.)
